First off I cant thank Anderson Law enough for helping me out and allowing Shawn Mihill to represent me in my case. Around the holidays i was arrested in Gloucester for suspicion of DUI. Spent the night in jail and had to have my parents bail me out and knew that I was in a bad spot. We got in touch ...with Anderson Law because we felt that the documented BAC was .07 (under the legal limit in Virginia) Shawn Mihill took my case and this man could not have been more clutch. He did all the research on my case and got the footage from my arrest and put together a fantastic case. I was looking at a possible fine, driving classes, a bump in car insurance and a license suspension regardless if we decided to take the agreement so it was we go for it all or take the prosecutors deal. Not only did we win the case but I had no fines to pay, nor court costs for that matter. The case that Shawn put together was immaculate. The case was soo close the judge said that both parties made great points and ruled in our favor due to the fact we had more of a case than the prosecutors. Shawn gets a 10/10 easily. He's a highly educated lawyer. The way he spoke on the phone and the way he carries himself confirmed that. The guys a straight shooter and if I had to recommend an organization (lawyer in that organization) it would be Shawn Mihill. Hopefully I won't have to get involved with anymore legal issues but if I do I know just who to get in touch with. Best $800 I've ever spent.

More that 30 years ago I was convicted of a felony. I had got my voting right restored, but not my fire arm rights. I made the mistake of trying to do it myself, and got denied.
