Shawn M. Mihill

I was facing horrible charges for felony child abuse and misdemeanor assualt on a family member. Although Shawn was not the senior partner at the firm he was assigned to my case. I was a little worried at first because I had used the senior guy previously on some restraining order defenses so I had a... history with the other guy. But Shawn proved to be best option after all. He is a true professional and a good listener as others have commented but he is much more. He is a sleeper in the court room. He is kind and soft spoke . He does not come off arrogant or intimidating. He does not make his clients look like they have a high price scumbag lawyer or anything but more like a young cheap lawyer that appears to be non threatening and easily likable by juries and witnesses. He did his research and presented a strong case. He was easily able to get the witnesses comfortable and expose their lies to the jury. He was a true professional and a pleasure to watch him work in the trial. I was found not guilty by the jury in both charges. The jury deliberated in record time and quickly had a not guilty verdict in my case. After court some of the jury even nodded to me and one of my witnesses heard a juror relating to what I had gone through with the false accusations. Shawn is a great lawyer and did not disappoint. I will gladly use them in future for any legal needs I have.

I have had retained attorneys in the past and I can tell that Shawn is an attorney who is a master at listening and comprehension. He immediately understood my legal situation and provided me with perspectives on how he can approach resolving my issue with the best outcome possible. First off I cant thank Anderson Law enough for helping me out and allowing Shawn Mihill to represent me in my case. Around the holidays i was arrested in Gloucester for suspicion of DUI. Spent the night in jail and had to have my parents bail me out and knew that I was in a bad spot. More that 30 years ago I was convicted of a felony. I had got my voting right restored, but not my fire arm rights. I made the mistake of trying to do it myself, and got denied.
