I have been waiting since July 09 for my loan modification and now it is Jan.18,10 I have getting the run around from Scott hayward, I have had already two different ASSIST ADVOCATES work on my loan. They also told me that I would be more elibilge for Loan Mod. if I was late with payments , now I am ...in FORCLOSURE IT'S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS. i AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THEM. i HAVE NOT PAIDTHE SECOND PAYMENT . AND WILL WANT MY MONEY BACK. RIGHT NOW IAM WORKING WITH HOPE TO STOP THE FORCLOSURE. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. IWILL REPORT TO BAR ASSICIATION FOR MISCONDUCT.

I have been robbed for $4,500 by this law firm. I was told my mortgage would be cut in half ( lyres)!! I ended up in a worse position than before, I was told by an associate of theres to let my mortgage get behind a month, so they could get me a reduced payment. Well to make a long story short my pay...ment is basically the same and I put $4,500 on credit to pay the wonderful Hayward law group. Here is the best part they say there part is done and can help no more!! what a joke I was better off before I ever got called by these thieves.
