Mr. Hayward was hired to help process and negotiate a short sale. He clearly has a wealth of experience and knowledge, which was critical in advising me along the way. The process took six months in total and involved multiple approvals, balancing a first and second lien, changing laws, and negotia...ting with buyers in an unstable market. Scott and his team are flexible and definitely look out for your interests. He had great advice throughout the process and it was a positive outcome in the end. All in all, Scott and Darla did a commendable job and I would not hesitate using them again for another real estate matter. I would have appreciated more timely responses at certain times, but understand he's busy and short sales take their own timelines.

Mr Hayward and his team handled the short sale of my primary residence. Over the 7 months of the process, the Hayward Law Group frequently dealt with the bank in a professional and timely manner that kept the process moving along. With so much red tape and pitfalls in the short sale process, Mr Haywa...rd and his team navigated through the legalese to come to a great closure position with the bank. Having his expertise to read through the acceptance letters of both my loans on the home gave me the peace of mind that this short sale is permanently behind me. I am a details person, and therefore, would have liked to be kept more aware of the play by play throughout the short sale process. Overall, I am glad to have met Mr Hayward and am thankful for his services!

I have been dealing with a Corporate Giant for quite some time. They have put myself and Hayward in a huge circle of never ...ending shenanigans. I am writing to let you know that I have been dealing with Hayward Law Group since September of 2009. They have been assisting me with trying to get my lender to modify my loan in an attempt to save my home from forclosure. Since I began working with Hayward Law group, I have definitely felt mor...e at ease kowing I have someone on my side to guide me through all this papework and worry. I am very satisfied with the care I have received from everyone at the firm, from receptionists to negotiators to the personal attention of Mr. Scott Hayward himself. I have always been able to reach Mr. Hayward, even on weekends, on his cell phone for advice when it was needed in a hurry. I have been robbed for $4,500 by this law firm. I was told my mortgage would be cut in half ( lyres)!! I ended up in a worse position than before, I was told by an associate of theres to let my mortgage get behind a month, so they could get me a reduced payment. Well to make a long story short my pay...ment is basically the same and I put $4,500 on credit to pay the wonderful Hayward law group. Here is the best part they say there part is done and can help no more!! what a joke I was better off before I ever got called by these thieves.
