Scott Bunker Hayward

I am writing to let you know that I have been dealing with Hayward Law Group since September of 2009. They have been assisting me with trying to get my lender to modify my loan in an attempt to save my home from forclosure. Since I began working with Hayward Law group, I have definitely felt mor...e at ease kowing I have someone on my side to guide me through all this papework and worry. I am very satisfied with the care I have received from everyone at the firm, from receptionists to negotiators to the personal attention of Mr. Scott Hayward himself. I have always been able to reach Mr. Hayward, even on weekends, on his cell phone for advice when it was needed in a hurry. I would recommend the firm and in fact have, because of their continuous care.

I have been waiting since July 09 for my loan modification and now it is Jan.18,10 I have getting the run around from Scott hayward, I have had already two different ASSIST ADVOCATES work on my loan. They also told me that I would be more elibilge for Loan Mod. if I was late with payments , now I am ...in FORCLOSURE IT'S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS. i AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THEM. i HAVE NOT PAIDTHE SECOND PAYMENT . AND WILL WANT MY MONEY BACK. RIGHT NOW IAM WORKING WITH HOPE TO STOP THE FORCLOSURE. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. IWILL REPORT TO BAR ASSICIATION FOR MISCONDUCT.
