I hired her for my divorce years ago. My ex-wife was blatantly having an affair while I was deployed, but for some reason that was never brought up in court. She showed up late on my court date and immediately started trying to work out a deal with my ex-wife’s attorney. She said I was getting a good... deal because she wasn’t asking for alimony (If she did it wouldn’t have mattered because my ex-wife was getting re-married the next month anyway). My ex-wife ended up getting custody of my daughter. I ended up getting her every other weekend, every other 2 weeks in the summer, every other Christmas, every other thanksgiving, and spring breaks. During my consultation she made it sound like I had a good chance of being the primary custodian because of my ex-wife’s affair. That obviously wasn’t the case.
