6 Day Custody Trial

Sarah was the associate attorney for Natalie Teston, the attorney I hired for my recent custody case. When I initially hired Natalie and Sarah, I didn't realize what an amazing bonus attorney I was getting in my corner by Sarah being Natalie's associate. I didn't really understand what all of that me...ant at the time; I just knew Sarah was with Natalie at my initial consultation and I got a great vibe from both of them. I could also tell that the two of them had a great working relationship, as they were bouncing ideas off one another and I could immediately tell that their methods balanced each other out. It quickly became very apparent what Sarah's essential role would be in my case. She is the MASTER at doing research. If there was ever a case in the history of the law that is relevant to your case, Sarah will find it. If there is some random crazy law that could possibly be a a potential loophole to find your ex in contempt, she will not only find that law but she will hunt down the cases where that law was enforced. Then Natalie will work her magic in court to convince the judge to enforce it in your case. If there is dirt to be found on your ex or your ex's new lover or any potential witness, I can assure you that Sarah will find that dirt faster than a private investigator. However, Sarah did something during my case that I believe was the game changer. I truly believe that her taking the time to do this is what turned the table in my favor and what ultimately put the fire in both Sarah and Natalie's souls, motivated them to fight for me and my kid, and won my case for me. I gave Sarah access to the coparenting app my ex and I use to communicate. She spent hours going through all of our messages and finally realized exactly what he had been putting me through. She shared some messages with Natalie and it was like they both were suddenly in my corner with their boxing gloves on, ready to fight for me and my baby girl. No matter what time of day, even if it was a weekend, Sarah would (and still does) immediately responds to emails and calls. She never rushes through a phone call and is very thorough in explaining things. She was at trial for all six days and sat between Natalie and myself. So she was responsible for making sure I kept my cool in the courtroom. She did a fantastic job of discreetly keeping me calm when she could tell I was getting worked up. While Natalie handled my direct examination and the cross examination of my ex, Sarah was in charge of questioning all of the witnesses. She did a fantastic job of communicating with them ahead of time to ensure they knew exactly where to be and at what time. She made sure they would be as comfortable as possible on the stand and made herself available to them if they had questions prior to trial. During court, she did an amazing job questioning them and made it look absolutely effortless. After six grueling days in the courtroom, we won my case!! We got exactly what I asked for, and I have Natalie and Sarah to thank for that.

"Sarah has worked with our team for over three years now! She is our "go to" person when it comes to analyzing volumes of documents and researching difficult to understand issues. There is no way our firm could handle the level of complexity that our cases entail without Sarah! She is also deadly in the courtroom and gets fantastic results. If you have a case against Sarah, beware! She is going to come to court ready for action! If you're looking for an honest and hardworking lawyer to handle your family law case, give Sarah a call!"
