Very appreciative of the great job Sarah and her team did

As first-time adoptive parents, we were initially unsure of what to expect from the process. However, we were fortunate enough to work with Sarah Richardson and Dawn Smith, who proved to be invaluable resources throughout the entire experience. Their guidance and expertise were evident from the ou...tset, as they took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the adoption process and answer any questions we had along the way. They were always approachable and accommodating, and made us feel at ease despite the complexity of the matter. Moreover, we were impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by your team. The team made sure that every aspect of our case was handled with care and precision, ensuring that all necessary processes were followed and completed in a timely manner. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the legal team, we were able to complete our adoption successfully and with minimal stress. We are now overjoyed that our family is complete, and we know that this would not have been possible without such a great legal team. We are deeply grateful for their support and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in need of legal support.

Sarah made getting divorced easier

Sarah was a very important part of my legal team. My wife of 30 years filed for divorce, it really caught me off guard. It was a very emotional and painful time for me. Sarah was really helpful in keeping me grounded and focused on what was important. Sarah also helped me filter out the noise and the... things that didn’t matter. Sarah really excelled when it came to analyzing all the data and understanding every aspect of my case. Sarah is also very compassionate and thoughtful, she always kept me well informed. Whenever I would send an email or call Sarah would get back to me with a thoughtful response. My case was resolved through court ordered mediation. Doing 9 hours of mediation is not easy and is extremely emotional. There is one part of mediation that really stands out when I reflect back on that day. I was getting really emotional because opposing counsel was making unfounded accusations. I was really letting it get to me. We took a break and Sarah came back from break first. Sarah knew exactly what to say to me, she got me calmed down, got my head back in the game and I truly believe that was a turning point in mediation. I feel like after that point I got everything I needed to get in this divorce and then some. I truly believe in divorce no one gets everything they want but I certainly got everything I needed. Towards the end of mediation Natalie, Sarah and I talked about everything that had happened over 9 hours, made sure we didn’t miss anything and in the end I avoided a long painful court battle. If I had to go to court I have no doubt Sarah would have done an amazing job. After mediation my wife tired several times to break our mediated agreement, each time Natalie and Sarah protected me. Accusations started again and they were quickly put to rest using actual facts. Sarah knowing all intricate details of the case along with knowing exactly what to say to me at the right times played a major role in the outcome. To me it shows Sarah took the time to get to know me as a person not just a case. I will always feel blessed that Sarah protected me during this very difficult time in my life. Don’t hesitate to hire Sarah you found the right attorney.

Easiest, kindest divorce I've ever seen

Sarah and Dawn were amazing for my divorce. My ex and I wanted to do a settlement instead of the court process, and both Sarah and Dawn made sure to answer all my questions and concerns quickly and with so much grace. They advised me when I wanted to go non-traditional routes but also never once show...ed any judgement about my choices. Sarah I felt had complete confidence and was knowledgeable about every option available. I felt very comfortable and cared for through the whole process. Dawn made signing a breeze and a pleasant experience over all. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this duo!

A difficult and painful divorce.

After much research, I selected Sarah and the CCR team to help me traverse what I knew was going to be a difficult and messy divorce. 22 years, 3 kids, a business, home and all that comes with that would be a task to settle for sure. Sarah was exceptional. Very thorough and detail oriented. She ha...d my best interest be the guide but also helped me to be reasonable and understand parts of the law I didn’t understand. Her assistant Dawn was SO very helpful rolling out necessary information and tasks I needed to complete in a way that didn’t overwhelm me. Every email or phone call was answered in a timely manner. This was by far the most difficult thing I have ever gone through and the CCR was sensitive and professional. I was able to focus on going through the painful emotional process because I knew I was in good hands.

Relationship: Co-worker

"Sarah has worked with our team for over three years now! She is our "go to" person when it comes to analyzing volumes of documents and researching difficult to understand issues. There is no way our firm could handle the level of complexity that our cases entail without Sarah! She is also deadly in the courtroom and gets fantastic results. If you have a case against Sarah, beware! She is going to come to court ready for action! If you're looking for an honest and hardworking lawyer to handle your family law case, give Sarah a call!"
