I am a landlord with some units in the Orlando area, I however live in the Atlanta area. I had a tenant who was behind on rent and had a lease expiring as well. I came to town to handle the tenant turnover and discovered that my tenant was not only still living in the unit but was in no rush to vacat...e. I did a quick search and found Ms. Rivera online and gave her a call. Not only did she answer directly she was able to meet me the following morning. I explained my situation and she advised me of my options. I hired Ms. Rivera right then to assist with the eviction. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kept me regularly updated on the process.
