Knowledgeable, Experienced, & Effective!

My situation was very unique to say the least. Without going into much detail, Sandra was referred to me by a very known and reputable lawyer concerning an unusual and difficult "misunderstanding" I had with my landlord and management company which led to a pursuant of terminating my lease and conse...quent eviction. This was based off a misrepresentation of a section in my leasing agreement which was being misinterpreted for all intensive purposes as it seemed at that time. She not only took the time to thoroughly explain my legal options, but she also educated me on what my legal right's are as a tenant pertaining to Florida Law. Sandra did all of these thing's and more before she was even hired to represent me in this matter to ensure that her potential client would have a clear understanding of what to typically expect throughout the entire legal process from start to finish. After retaining Sandra to represent me, she then went into much detail while covering every aspect and (jargon) of the law related to my individual situation. Her knowledge, fortitude, and experience in real estate law is well beyond average, and she is more than capable of representing individuals on both sides of the spectrum in the legal system. Landlord or tenant, petitioner or defendant; Sandra Rivera comes highly recommended with (PROVEN) and unparalleled results!!! I will always consult with Sandra first if needed concerning law because of the exceptional services and expertise she provides for her client's... Again, * highly recommended!

Eviction Assistance

I am a landlord with some units in the Orlando area, I however live in the Atlanta area. I had a tenant who was behind on rent and had a lease expiring as well. I came to town to handle the tenant turnover and discovered that my tenant was not only still living in the unit but was in no rush to vacat...e. I did a quick search and found Ms. Rivera online and gave her a call. Not only did she answer directly she was able to meet me the following morning. I explained my situation and she advised me of my options. I hired Ms. Rivera right then to assist with the eviction. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kept me regularly updated on the process. This was the first time I've had to evict a tenant and I am so thankful I had Ms. Rivera assisting me, she was patient, explained it all in non-legalese and her price was extremely reasonable. She made a frustrating process much less so and I am grateful.
