My situation was very unique to say the least. I am a landlord with some units in the Orlando area, I however live in the Atlanta area. I had a tenant who was behind on rent and had a lease expiring as well. I came to town to handle the tenant turnover and discovered that my tenant was not only still living in the unit but was in no rush to vacat...e.
