She left me unprepared twice, making a film out of me in front of the judge for not presenting her with Par...
A lawyer's duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point by point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events.

She truly let me know what was going on and communicated what the outcomes could be. But it is apparent that she has a handle on things and knows the ins an...

Landlord Tenant Dispute
We recently relocated from a different area, and had high utility bills that our complex was responsible for, and did not want to be held accountable. Sandra, was extremely empathetic, helpful, words can describe what a relief I felt as a new mother to her kind reassuring words that all will be well. ...
"I first met Sandra when she was a prosecutor at the State Attorney's Office in Orlando. She is a skilled lawyer and my go-to attorney for all landlord-tenant matters. Not only is she a good attorney, but she genuinely cares for her clients and it shows in how she handles their cases. I recommend her without reservation."
"Ms. Rivera and I were opposing parties on a matter. She was professional, fair and easy to work with—something rare in our profession. I endorse this lawyer."
