Samuel Ray Holmes

In reviewing the recent reviews from Deborah Williams and Bree, it is necessary to respond to their Fraud Review!! It is in fact true that Deborah Williams partially hired Mr. Holmes to represent her son, Frederick Temple in the United States Federal Court( 2:22-cr-00192-MHH-SGC; United States v. Fr...ederick Temple). She did pay $25,000 as her initial payment for representation. A five(5) year plea agreement was negotiated on Mr. Temple's behalf, but Mr. Temple's mother Deborah Williams, convinced her son, Frederick Temple to not listen to his attorney's recommendation. Therefore, Mr. Temple fired Mr. Holmes after his months of efforts for resolution and hired an attorney to go to trial against Mr. Holmes recommendation. Unfortunately, Mr. Temple was found guilty and received a sentence of Thirty -Seven (37) years to be served in the Bureau of Prisons. It is understandable for Ms. Williams and Bree (another family member of Mr. Temple) to be upset and angry, but it should not be directed at Mr. Holmes.

I hired Mr. Holmes to represent my son, paid him $25,000 up front. Everything he said he was going to do on my son’s case, he didn’t do, once I paid him he started making up excuses. He made up excuses for four months then I fired him and reported him to the Alabama Bar Association. He has refused to... return my money and have been having fake reviews done to boost his ratings. BEWARE‼️‼️‼️ Look at his resume, check him out throughly. I wish I had done more research on him before paying him!!! I asked him about the negative reviews, he lied and said that was another Sam Holmes who doesn’t practice law anymore, don’t be fooled he is the one and only Sam Holmes who is a Crook!!!
