Please don’t hire this attorney‼️‼️‼️ I hired him to represent my son in a case, at first he talked real good, told me what the game plan was & how he was going to handle the case. After I paid him that $25,000 up front a week later he stopped answering my calls, excuses started, he didn’t do what he... said he was going to do!!! I hired him 4/23/24, he said he was goin to hav my son out of jail in two weeks cause they had been jerking him around for 2 1/2 yrs, 4 months later my son is still locked up. He lied and told my son he had a signature bond set up for him on his state and federal cases but he had to sign a waiver not to have a speedy trial and he has him set up for a bond hearing a few days later. I checked with the state and federal courts he never had a bond set up for neither. I sent him a text with a picture of the print out from the court where he lied and there’s no bond set up for my son and asked him why did he lie to us and haven’t done anything that he said he would do and has ran off with my $25,000, no response!!!! I paid him on 4/23/24, he cashed that check on 4/24/24 the next day. I filed a complaint against him with the bar, I hope he never gets the chance to do anyone else like this.
