I will make this short, but for me it was the longest story of my life. My parents both undocumented finally thought they had found a path to gain legal residency through a relative petition (10 yr wait for a central American). They were trump of their dream for the lack of commitment of these resource centers and careless assistance. As a low-income, hard working immigrant I recommend Roger Ponce. He is honest, He is punctual, he is determined. He works with families and their financial difficulties. Yes, I paid for his service as an attorney, but he provided my family with so much more. He takes the time help you understand every step, any situation, his communication is outstanding. To this day Attorney Roger Ponce, has assisted my family with 2 immigration cases(parents), 1 citizenship(husband), 1 child support case, and one personal case that is still in the works!
