Do not trust this guy. My situation was just like the person above. When I first contacted him he was really nice and gave me many options. I was still skeptical for a while but finally made the payment and hoped he could help with my immigration and H1B paperwork, I gave everything he needed. It's r...eally though for an international to find a Company to sponsor and international I did gave everything to him and he ruined it. He lied to me BY always saying he was busy with family problems always trying to extend everything saying that he only needed a few small things to start my process but 8 months went by and nothing. and after a while he wouldn't even pick up my calls, I already knew everything was strange but only figured it out once i saw the complaint here from someone the he also lied to. So I lost my money ($3000) and he wouldn't even respond to me anymore about my money and my documents.

I hired this attorney in 2015 to assist me and my wife with our immigration case. At our intial meeting he was so nice and he really got us excited about getting through this process. Well almost a year later he had done nothing on our case except lie to us about it, never submitted our paperwork. In... the end after citing "personal problems" he promised a full refund and a completed file. he gave us only partial amount of money back still owes me $1700 and the file he gave us would have been chewed up and spit out in the immigration office and we havent heard from him since. We were forced to find a new attorney to help us and the process has been smooth since then. I reported him to the bar in July and will be recieving a response from them this week. If they do not get my money back then I plan to sue him in court.
