Robert Christian Malott

First and foremost, Mr. Malott sent out the most sincere letter addressing what his service would provide me if I choose to retain him as my Attorney. The language used was very direct and to the point regarding his experience and knowledge involving reckless driving violations and what I would need... to prepare for. Mainly, what really convinced me that Attorney Malott was the right choice involved his availability. As per the initial letter explaining why his service would better suit my needs. Mr. Malott stated that he would answer all calls personally of which he did. During our phone discussions Attorney Malott was very informative and told me exactly what he needed me to do in advance. This gave me total confidence that I was in good hands as I intended to follow his every instructions. Mr. Malott advised that I take a 12 hour Advanced Driving Course and complete 24 hours of Community Service in advance of the court date. He also provided websites for driving courses and a number of non-profit community service organizations I could research. Attorney Malott dedicated the time and efforts that I had hoped for. He made me feel like I was his only client and that I was the only thing that mattered while communicating via phone calls and emails. I am grateful Mr. Malott accepted my case.

While driving to Florida for a vacation I was stopped for speeding in Henrico County. I was in a 70 mph zone and was given a ticket for 83 in a 65 mph zone. When I returned home my mail box was full of letters from attorneys soliciting for my "business". They had fancy brochures and made claims that ...I was in BIG TROUBLE if I didn't have them represent me in this matter, they were gong to have to put in some extra hour to keep me out of jail. Looked pretty much like a money grab for the state of Virginia, a regular industry to grab out of state money. I looked over all the brochures and letters received. I called the number provided in the letter and guess what, he answered the phone!!! He told me what to expect, what I needed to do and what it would COST in just a few minutes, No BS, just an overall check list of how everything would play out and it was exactly as he "predicted". I would strongly encourage using Christian to represent you if you are ever in the situation that I found myself in. He is a very pleasant, straight forward, professional, honest and confidant attorney. Christian kept me informed every step of the way. I am a NY state resident, 56 years of age and have a clean driving record and wanted to keep it that way. The ticket was dismissed with a minor court charge. Christian is the attorney for you!!!

Fortunately for me I found Mr. Malott who was very experienced in Virginia traffic laws and was able to get my Class 1 misdemeanor down to Improper Driving was a $500 fine but well worth it. I have federal government clearance that is needed for my job, and having a misdemeanor come up on my record w...ould have been very bad for my career. I would definitely recommend if you have a traffic violation in VA.

My son needed a lawyer after receiving a speeding ticket for going 81 in a 70 which is reckless operation and a criminal conviction in Va. Being from out of state it would have been very difficult to get back to Va for the “must appear” trial date. Robert Christian Malott was easy to contact, always ...returned our calls, was upfront with what our expectations should be, and handled every part of the case so that we did not have to go back to Va. He had the charges were reduced to a non-moving violation with no points or criminal conviction. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through an experience like this.
