The state of VA is ridiculous when it comes to speeding so do not go above 5 mph the cops give zero breaks and it's a misdemeanor for anything above 15 mph. I hired Robert to represent me in court as I live out of state he got the charge reduced no points and a small fine. Dont call anyone else he is... fair priced and very attentive to the case.

I’ve never been pulled over or received a citation until early July in Caroline county for doing 80/55. I had no idea what to do. I kind of scared myself when I looked into the potential consequences one can face with a reckless charge. I began researching on my own of how I can represent myself best... in this situation. But, I’ve read that things don’t normally work in your favor if you represent yourself. After a week after the citation, I received several letters in the mail and after doing research on each individual that reached out to me, Christian Malott seemed the most reliable, successful and a great communicator. Sometimes your lucky and sometimes your good! In this situation I think it was a little of both. I chose Christian to call back out of probably 25 letters sent after my ticket for reckless driving 87/70. From the start he was helpful and knowledgeable and didn't try to scare me into hiring him like a... lot of the other letters I received. Well since I had a clean driving record he was able to get my ticket knocked down to defective equipment. I was blown away. No points and no costly insurance increase. I simply had to take an online defensive driving course and pay a fine of $300. It was better than any outcome I expected. The best part was he walked me thru everything with detailed instructions via email to pay the fine, register and take the online course and how to send proof to the court. His fee was more than reasonable and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer in Virginia.

Mr. Malott was absolutely wonderful. I received a ticket for 84 in a 70 and it could have been a misdemeanor charge. He was able to talk me through everything and suggested some steps I could do to make my case go smoothly. He was able to get my ticket taken care of with a reduced charge and no misde...meanor on my record. I absolutely recommend him with every fiber of me.

This is one of the easiest and most professional process I have experienced dealing with a traffic ticket. I received a letter from Attorney Malott.
