I had an excellent experience with this attorney and I am beyond satisfied with the results. I was travelling home to NC from visiting Busch Gardens, and I was pulled for going 91 mph in a 70mph zone near Hopewell VA. I was speeding and it was my fault, no excuse- and I now adhere to cruise control. ...The VA State Trooper that pulled me over was really courteous, the stop took less than 4 minutes, and I was able to continue driving. I did have my passenger take over for the rest of the trip, and please have someone else drive if you are tired or not fully committed to paying attention as I usually do not speed that much or that excessively. Mr. Malott was so very helpful to me. Since I live out of state it made my situation a little difficult. I was worried about how I was going to be able to appear in court and how my driving record would be affected. It took a second try to get this case heard. No big deal. The outcome for doing 81 in a 70 zone was reduced to 'Defective Equipment'. Exactly what i was hoping for, and the court fine and cost were reasonable, if you can believe that! Would I use him again? Absolutely! I just don't want to 'nee...d' him for many years!!
