Ok, so I can live with a continuence.
It took a second try to get this case heard. No big deal. The outcome for doing 81 in a 70 zone was reduced to 'Defective Equipment'. Exactly what i was hoping for, and the court fine and cost were reasonable, if you can believe that! Would I use him again? Absolutely! I just don't want to 'nee...

Speeding Offense
Mr. Malott represented me for a speeding offense. I was going 100 on a 70 MPH speed zone and I was expecting jail time.
