Richard Alexander Ibarra

This is my second review, my first was rejected because I commented on attorneys other than Richard in his office whom I met. So I will limit this to Richard-only feedback! I could not be more satisfied with Richard Ibarra for his representation of me and handling of my application. I have to adm...it I dragged my feet a bit in getting him some of the documents he needed, but he was very good about polite reminders and making sure all deadlines were met. We corresponded mainly via e-mail as I was applying for the visa from Europe, and he was very professional and responsive. I enjoyed the conversations we had over the phone while discussing my case and needed documents. Although it was business-related topics, Richard was still very conversational and made me feel at ease about the application. My own delays in getting him certain documents led to the submission a bit later than I originally planned, but again, that was my fault. So you can imagine my absolute shock at how quickly it was approved!! I had been warned by many friends and co-workers in my industry who had needed a similar visa for their company that it could take up to a whole year for a response sometimes! I was very nervous that it may not be approved in the time I needed it for, but Richard must have done an extremely thorough job putting my final application and supporting evidence together, because it was approved within a month! Not even any further request for evidence, a full approval. At his young age already being so talented, I am certain Richard will go on to have an impressive career with his own firm one day. I told him that I would gladly invest if he ever decides to open his own practice.

Richard did a great job with my application from start to finish. He communicated well with me via phone and e-mail throughout the process, and made our final appearance at USCIS very smooth. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an immigration attorney, especially for employment-based vi...sas.

Just wanted to review my lawyer, Richard Ibarra, from Sidman Law Group. He is a wonderful lawyer, he was very thorough and comfortable at the immigration court, which made me feel more at ease too. I was very nervous about the types of questions that would be asked at my interview, but Richard did a ...fantastic job preparing me and making me feel less anxiety. He called me on the phone the day before the interview to see how I was feeling and to answer any questions before the interview. For the next day, he was already inside the courthouse and through security when I arrived, meaning he arrived even earlier than I did! The whole process went smoothly, but it was a long wait. At the end I was approved, even though there was a momentary scare about one of my documents, but Richard corrected the error quickly and resolved it on the spot with the court officer. Extremely satisfied with him as my immigration lawyer! Thank you, Richard!

Richard is an excellent young attorney; he impressed me very much. Actually, I thought I hired Bernard Sidman. That is certainly who charged me/I paid my check to!! But you find out that neither Bernard nor his daughter (also works there) are the person who will be in court with you. Anyway, this ann...oyed me at first, but Richard became such a very pleasant surprise! Now, I understand why he is the attorney who is present for interviews. Richard is MUCH more professional in his dress and demeanor, also very bright and friendly. He met me through security and spoke with me for very long time while waiting to be called – they take forever! 2 hours past scheduled time! It was not bad though because Richard was there to explain everything to me, answer questions, and be very knowledgeable even about non-law topics. We spoke about many things, professional and personal, very easy to speak to. He is fluent Spanish speaker, too. I was surprised by how good he was and being so young. I looked him up and he is practicing only 3 years, but yet he was better to me than many attorney I have met who have been working much longer. Also of course I was approved! He made the whole process very calm and I was never confused. He handled all paperwork and was prepared, and I also can see from how security speaks to him that he is known and well liked at the courthouse. He is also very tall, strong handshake, great overall presence. I would recommend Richard highly to any friend of mine needing immigration lawyer!
