Richard Alexander Ibarra

This is my second review, my first was rejected because I commented on attorneys other than Richard in his office whom I met. So I will limit this to Richard-only feedback! I could not be more satisfied with Richard Ibarra for his representation of me and handling of my application. I have to adm...it I dragged my feet a bit in getting him some of the documents he needed, but he was very good about polite reminders and making sure all deadlines were met. We corresponded mainly via e-mail as I was applying for the visa from Europe, and he was very professional and responsive. I enjoyed the conversations we had over the phone while discussing my case and needed documents. Although it was business-related topics, Richard was still very conversational and made me feel at ease about the application. My own delays in getting him certain documents led to the submission a bit later than I originally planned, but again, that was my fault. So you can imagine my absolute shock at how quickly it was approved!! I had been warned by many friends and co-workers in my industry who had needed a similar visa for their company that it could take up to a whole year for a response sometimes! I was very nervous that it may not be approved in the time I needed it for, but Richard must have done an extremely thorough job putting my final application and supporting evidence together, because it was approved within a month! Not even any further request for evidence, a full approval. At his young age already being so talented, I am certain Richard will go on to have an impressive career with his own firm one day. I told him that I would gladly invest if he ever decides to open his own practice.

Richard did a great job with my application from start to finish. He communicated well with me via phone and e-mail throughout the process, and made our final appearance at USCIS very smooth.
