"Richard Evans is a board certified personal injury trial specialist; but he is also an excellent civil attorney with experience in family, probate, business and even real estate law and litigation. He learned the trade from his late father and I have referred my own clients to him for years whenever a need arose for somone of Richard Evans' considerable civil-law talents.
