Reared in Beaumont, Texas and attended Beaumont HS graduating in 1974. Attended Baylor University graduating with a Batchelors degree in Psychology in 1977, attended Baylor Law School and graduated in 1980. Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1981. Licensed to practice in Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas, before the Fifth Court of Appeals in New Orleans, and the United States Supreme Court.
Now maintain a general practice in civil trial law including consumer, real estate, and divorce matters and an office practice primarily preparing wills for couples requesting assistance with estate planning and presenting wills for probate.
Jefferson County is the primary location of practice but cases have also been presented in Hardin, Orange, and Chambers County, Texas.
Probate practice includes Harris County, Texas.
