The 4000 character limit of an AVVO.com review - while probably a good thing - isn't enough to describe the quality lawyer and person Ray Baldino is, but I'll keep it short anyway. Ray has helped me through numerous public records requests, advised me on 1st Amendment issues, and has worked with m...e to not only understand my goals, but why I wish to achieve them. Ray is thorough, honest, and a true defender of those working to "drain the swamp" through media and news reporting. While known to many for his work regarding NJ's Open Public Records Act, he's also more than capable to work as a press lawyer given his background, principles, and knowledge of case law. I would highly suggest anyone working in the press, especially those working independently, to retain Mr. Baldino.

I went To Mr. Baldino to help me win my right to speak in a public forum on social media created by a government agency. He knew exactly what to do using open public records laws. The town has now changed its policy and we believe it is now in compliance with the Constitution. The town could not hid...e what it was doing or pick on a little guy with Mr. Baldino around. He cares about the law and our Rights as Americans. Passion is a big deal. I work in construction and was a little bit intimidated by the thought of talking to a lawyer. Within two minutes of speaking with Mr. Baldino I felt completely like he was talking to me, and not down to me in any way. He was polite, professional and good at what he does. I would recommend him.
