I first contacted Mr. Lord a year ago when I received a ticket for tailgating while passing through SC on my way to Georgia. I hired Mr. Lord because I was not tailgating but this offense carried a fine and points and I did not want to take the risk of my insurance increasing. Mr. Lord followed my c...ase all the way through by contacting the police officer and kept me abreast of the rescheduling of court dates. Anytime, I would reach out to him for updates as I am out of state, he would promptly answer. He made me feel like I was his only client in the world. Nowadays, customer service like Mr. Lord exhibited is so hard to fine. I am ecstatic to say after a year with Mr. Lord on the case, the ticket was dropped. My son and his friend were both given tickets for improper passing on a double yellow line. I seriously was stunned by the quick response I received by Attorney Ray Lord's office. I am a paralegal in another state and when I worked in the traffic department, we were not that responsive. I was ticketed doing over 20 over the speed limit in a work zone. It was a hefty fine and would of bee...n at least 6 points, not only would my insurance have been doubled but the state could of taken my license for a year. Thanks to the Law Office of Ray Lord, none of that happened. He got it reduced to under 10 under and the fine was also reduced.
