I recently encountered an issue and didn’t feel confident handling alone. I was very hesitant to request assistance from an attorney . I have only one other experience with an attorney and he basically took me for $2000. This was not the case with Rachelle. I called several attorneys and left voicema...ils explaining my situation and requesting assistance. Rachelle returned my call and we met shortly after. She was very quick to respond to texts and calls prior to the meeting to assure I brought all the necessary information to the meeting . I found her to be quite pleasant to work with . She never complained about my additional questions and requests. It was a complete opposite experience from the encounter with the previous attorney. Rachelle completed the request rapidly and also followed through to assure any additional requirements were completed . I will not hesitate to request her assistance in the future. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her.

Pathetic attorney. Took 1000.00 from my husband and hasn't returned a phone call since November. Missed 2 court dates. One was today. We were approached by another attorney from her building only 2 be told she has been evicted from their office, and we would have to be apart of a civil suit against h...er. Apparently multiple people have been scammed by her recently. Now we are out money and have 2 find another attorney by March 4!!!!! She should be ashamed of herself

Once she got my $1500.00, she did nothing. She told me I would have a good chance of getting custody of my grandchild, but never got my case into court.I called many times & left messages and she never returned my calls. After 3 1/2 months she finally got a court date for visitation only, but failed ...to let me know & she did not appear for me. Since no one showed up, the judge declined visitation. My son has moved & taken my grandchild out of my life for ever. I asked for a refund of part of that $1500.00 & after many phone calls & texts, she sent an unsigned check for approximately $200.00. Since she didn't sign the check, she is apparently going to keep my money. She never kept me informed about anything regarding my case. Obviously, her knowledge of child custody & grandparents rights is very low. Although she waited until I asked for a refund to let me know that as grandparents in Ky. we have no rights. She charged me $50.00 for one phone call. She did nothing but cause a lot of stress. We are grandparents & senior citizens and feel she did not earn this large amount of money.

I was very disappointed in the service Rachelle provided during my case. My first court appearance was on a Thursday. I called her on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before the court date. Never got a call back, text, email, nothing. Thursday as I'm driving to court she calls to tell me she would not b...e making it to court but would send another attorney. She stated that the attorney going know everything about my case. Once the stand in attorney showed up she wanted to talk to me because she knew nothing about my case. It was about a month from my first court date to the second court date. During this time Rachelle never once contacted me. I only met with her once for about 15 minutes which took almost a week of me trying to reach her to schedule that appointment. The second court date was schedule at 11:30am. She was not there so I called her. She told me she forgot about it because it was not on her schedule. She showed up about 12:10 since she had to drive so distance. She did not defend my side of the case at all. I was the one speaking up and defend myself the whole time. After that court hearing I never heard from her again even though I tried to contact her many, many times. She did finally answer her phone one day when I called her from a different phone number. I am so disappointed in her. She just took 1500 from me and did nothing.

She said she would help me. I paid her, and went to her office to speak with her about my case, (drove a good distance) - she missed my first court date- and showed up empty handed for the second court date. She just sat there, she said NOTHING for me in court to help me, nothing. I wasted my money- ...she also made me sign a release stating I could not get my money back.
