A few months ago we learned that Rachel was starting an estate law practice. We had been remiss in starting our estate planning so we welcomed the opportunity to have Rachel help us in these matters. She is a very pleasant and intelligent young lady. I especially liked the fact that she was able to find answers to some complicated questions. In addition, Rachel offered to review their will and health care directive paperwork to ensure that all their documents were in order. She continually provided us with options throughout the process including trusted resources that may be needed as their needs progress. To save on cost she emailed me a questioner to fill out and send back to her once we completed it. Once the legal paperwork was completed, she called me to set-up a time that was convenient for us; which ended up being on a Saturday. Prior to Rachel’s arrival, we were wondering what the final bill was going to be with such superior service. As promised, we were billed the amount that Rachel quoted us initially. Overall, I am very pleased with Rachel’s excellent services and support.
