Prenuptial agreement

Rachel was very communicative and responsive from the very beginning! I felt very confident in her expertise in this area and she made it very easy for me to understand. I never would have made it through this arduous, emotional process without her as my partner was very difficult to work with, stub...born, ignorant and took everything personally. We almost didn't make it to the wedding had it not been for her persistence and negotiations with his lawyer. She worked hard to iron things out to help me get what I wanted and what was fair to me. I cannot thank her enough for her support and being so available, despite having a busy schedule. She really helped to get me through this agreement, and I look forward to working with her again on any family law matters!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

RACHEL EXPLAINED THINGS VERY CLEARLY, EACH STEP OF THE WAY - I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE THROUGH MY ENTIRE DIVORCE PROCESS. IF I CARRIED A CHECKBOOK, I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN A CHECK DURING THE CONSULTATION VISIT. I DROVE BACK TO MY OFFICE, POSTED A RETAINER, AND OFF WE WENT - SHE FILED MY DIVORCE AF...TER 5PM ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. ON THE 62ND DAY AFTER THAT, WHICH JUST HAPPENED TO BE MY BIRTHDAY, I WAS A DIVORCED MAN - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
