It is possible Mr. Maier was having a bad day himself but the moment he answered the phone I felt like. I was speaking to a shovanistic drill Sargent. He was not helpful at all but I can see how his rude, fast talking demeanor may win you a case in court? Maybe? If you prefer to be treated with digni...ty and respect, I would try someone else. I wish I had never called. Speaking with this man can ruin your day in 30 seconds. Good luck!

I was referred to this "gentleman" by another attorney I had used and liked. I called him today about a possible legal action on a new vehicle purchase gone awry. This guy was extremely impatient and would not let me finish a sentence from the word "go." I quickly realized we would have personal...ity conflicts and terminated the conversation. REALLY, REALLY bad first impression from this dude. Why would I want him representing me when he shows so little respect and not allow me to speak in complete sentences?

I contacted Peter today to inquire about a WA Lemon Law potential case. I should have known something was up when the number on his website was answered with a confused "hello?" and I then had to inquire if I was even talking to Mr. Peter Maier's law offices. I was hoping he could review my car issue...s and help me determine if I have a case, I was happy to pay any review fee, I tried to explain that I have all my car repair work organized and documented, ready to send to him for review, and that there were 2 issues that I thought could be considered Serious Safety Defects but I wasn't 100% sure if they qualify, hence why I was hoping he could review my car issues and give me his opinion. I couldn't explain any of this to him because he interrupted me every single time I tried to explain what I was calling for. He refused to listen to anything I said and then he proceeded to inform me that I don't know anything about the Lemon Laws, which if he had taken the time to listen to me he would have realized I have already done a lot of research on the topic. He the went on to explain what I already learned on my own about Lemon Law rules. Ultimately, I got the impression that I was bothering and wasting his time since he wouldn't let me finish a single sentence. I would never recommend this person.

I called for advise and a consultation he was rude the first five seconds talking over the phone. He rushed me to explain the case the rudely dismissed me before even thoroughly hearing me and my situation out.... I will never listen to the previous reference I used to obtain his info they clearly le...ad me the wrong way when it comes to a good caring kind lawyer...
