Paulina N. Havelka

I was pulled over for going near 20 mph over the speed limit. It occured in a county that I neither lived nor worked in, which made it difficult to make court date. She was very fair with me. First of all, I didn't think that attorneys had consultation fees for family law matter. I was wrong, and Paulina's was one of the cheapest around but don't let that deter you! She was very professional but also rather personable. I felt at ease in her office and wasn't ove...rwhelmed by any legal jargon. She listened to me describe my divorce situation and explained to me, rather matter-of-factly, what the procedures were that we could take and that, generally in family law, some things took longer than others. She was very fair about the price and I never felt like I was taken advantage of. Whenever there was a development in the case, she would inform me and whenever I needed to have a consultation she made it a priority (sometimes even making extra time late on weekdays or on some weekends). I couldn't imagine going to anyone else with anything related to my divorce or any traffic issues.
