Before I started my immigration, I had studied for couple months on USCIS. So when I was talking to attorneys, I had a general idea that who knows the process. I reached out to Ms. Fattahi about two years ago when I discussed my intentions of bringing my father back to the U.S. I mentioned to her that my father had a bench warrant for his arrest and several misdemeanours that could potentially affect his application (petition for relative). It was a tough c...ase to beat and the odds for him to return were against him. However, she told me that it could be possible with a couple of strategic defenses. She gave me hope and I started the petition process immediately after my consultation. From the very first interaction, I noticed she was extremely organized, attentive and experienced. For instance, there were days I would send her an email at 11pm requesting advise, she would respond immediately or within one hour. She was very accessible and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Every step of the process, she warned me of what to expect ahead of time. She knew exactly at what point in time you would expect a notification. After two long years, I finally received news that my father obtained his visa. He is now in the U.S and I am still in shock how she made it happen for me and my family.
