Padraic Dugan

  Padraic F.X. Dugan, Esq. has a reputation for fierce advocacy, tireless preparation and an ability to make cohesive arguments in all areas of family law with a specialization in complex financial and child custody matters. Mr. Dugan prides himself on treating his clients with great patience and dignity during what can be an exceedingly difficult time in their lives. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of the District of New Jersey, the Bar of the State of New York and the Bar of Washington D.C.  Mr. Dugan began his legal career as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Coogan, J.S.C., in the Division of Equity and Chancery, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part.  Prior to beginning his judicial clerkship, Mr. Dugan received the degree of Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University. Mr. Dugan graduated law school with a concentration in Litigation and was also awarded the Certificate of Merit in Jurisprudence. Prior to law school, Mr. Dugan graduated Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Dugan is also a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and lifelong resident of New Jersey. He is an active member in the Justice Virginia Long American Inns of Court and  serves as a Barrister in the organization.
