When you first meet him, he sounds and tells you everything you want to hear. He was not completely aware of how to handle my bank. He told me to stop paying my bank loan, now the bank is foreclosing on my house and he WILL NOT respond to any of my calls. I wish I would have gone to another lawyer.... It is a living hell dealing with Steve. Once the bank contacted me and everything hit the fan, Steve stop responding to phone calls and texts. He texted me "Im not his only client". I might not be his only client, but I am one of them that is losing his house. I wish I would have just contacted the bank on my own, I think it would have turned out better than using Mr Kelly. Please take my advise, and DO NOT USE MR. KELLY. It's definitely worth looking some where else. Do not make the same mistake I did, find another attorney.

Before I paid Mr. Kelly a retainer, he was very easy to get a hold of. Once I paid, everything changed.... I hired him to help me with my divorce. At first, he did everything he was supposed to and responded to me (although not in a very timely fashion). After a couple months, I needed to ask h...im a few questions. I emailed him, called him, texted him to no avail. I waited for over a month- every now and again messaging him. After a while, I decided I should look for a different attorney as I was receiving no response from Mr. Kelly. I hired a new lawyer. He sent an email, called Mr. Kelly's office and sent him an official letter requesting my file. After he received no response, he started to investigate my case. He found out that Mr. Kelly never showed up for a court date on my behalf (and never notified me about this), causing me to lose the case.....!!! Now I have to start at square one with this new attorney, after having spent time, effort and money on Steven Kelly. I will be contacting the bar association. As if going through a divorce isn't stressful enough, without entrusting your case to someone who disappears after paying them........ Please go elsewhere for legal help, as you will not receive any from this guy and will probably end up in a worse situation of you do use him.
