Morgan Ipanema

I’m a business and intellectual property attorney and the founder of Ipanema Law, a boutique firm working with founders, creatives, and modern businesses.

I focus on helping clients build aligned, well-structured businesses through entity formation, contracts, and intellectual property strategy. Much of my work involves trademarks, brand protection, and supporting founders as they grow and evolve.

My path into this work wasn’t traditional, but it led me to exactly where I’m meant to be, working closely with people who are building something of their own. I approach legal with both strategy and perspective, so it supports the business rather than slowing it down.
