Working with Gina has been fantastic. She represented me for nearly 2 years for my divorce and follow up litigation. I had the pleasure of being represented by Ms. Carrigan-St. Clair. She is extremely through and honest. When the plaintiffs would not cooperate during discovery, she filed a motion to compel. When they only partially complied, she advised it would not be cost effective for me to continue to get th...em to comply. She was very cost conscious of what it would cost me and would tell me if we went in various directions whether, in her opinion, she thought it would be cost effective or not. She told me she would go in whichever direction I wanted, but wanted to be up front as to if she thought it was worth pursuing, etc. She also allowed me to do the small things I could do in order to help her, but to save me money, so that she did not have to bill her or a para-legals hours. Lawsuits take a considerable amount of time. When my case was coming up for trial, etc, she would review the case and I was amazed that she seemed to know the facts better than I did! I was the one who provided the proof and documentation, but she was able to retain the facts and had a great perspective. She is extremely detailed and in my opinion had a better grasp of the law than the judge herself did. The judge was a bit slow in getting up to speed in understanding the complicated case. Ms. Carrigan St. Clair is someone I would not hesitate to hire again and I trust her judgement and advice completely. I also think she is honest and ethical. Need I say that we essentially won both times? The plaintiffs saw they could not win, based upon how Ms. Carrigan-St. Clair laid out the facts/case, and they settled the first case then dismissed the later case. Each time, I got what I wanted and achieved my goal when defending the case, thanks to Ms. Carrigan-St. Clair. She rocks!
