Biography
Elizabeth S. Saylor represents clients in commercial and civil rights matters. Her civil rights practice has included: constitutional litigation; class actions; police misconduct; prisoners’ rights; election law; wage and hour litigation; and employment and housing cases alleging discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, familial status, pregnancy, disability, and source of income. Her commercial practice includes contract and tort disputes, as well as constitutional challenges to government regulations.
Ms. Saylor graduated from Harvard Law School, J.D., magna cum laude, and
Amherst College, B.A., summa cum laude. Prior to joining Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP, Ms. Saylor clerked for the Hon. Robert D. Sack on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and worked at The Legal Aid Society. Ms. Saylor began as at Legal Aid as a Skadden fellow, where she represented victims of domestic violence in public benefits, family, and housing cases.
