Craig A Fine

Recently had an issue with a title closer and very unknowledgable buyer's attorney who would not accept my ID, even though my attorney Craig Fine provided several forms of ID, in addition to my professional degrees, website, social security card, credit cards, etc. etc. After 4 hours I requested Cra...ig to have them leave the office and adjourn the closing as it was going nowhwere on a Friday night, nonetheless. Craig then handled it on Monday with a higher level employee at the title co. who was able to understand instead of blame. I appreciated Craig's diligence and tenacity in getting it closed as he has been my attorney for over 15 years. I highly recommend him to all my clients.

Went to a closing on 10/20/23 and seller didn’t have the correct identification and Craig s fine want us to just sign papers and my attorney said absolutely not and title company said we aren’t closing today and he cursed and said get the f..k out my office very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommen...d him me and wife was very upset the way we was treated specially since it was his clients sale and we are the buyers
