I checked my LCA and found that not only did she enter my job information incorrectly (she checked “No” for the question “Is this a full-time position,” even though I have a full time job), but she also entered the wrong salary information. This isn’t the first time she’s made mistakes like this. Eve...ry time, I’ve politely pointed them out, never blaming her, just mentioning that I hope she can improve in the future. But she has always had an attitude. For the LCA salary in particular, I specifically told her the correct information, and she still messed it up. It feels like she’s trying to sabotage my case on purpose. I can’t stand her anymore. If you want an attorney who constantly has an attitude, never listens, and keeps messing up your case, then go ahead and hire her.
