Robert H Taff

I hired Mr. Taff to do a few things for me including estate planning for my parents and he was nothing but professional, timely and provided excellent knowledge and recommendations. His staff was friendly, outgoing and really seemed to know what they were doing and answer simple questions I had after... my meeting with Mr. Taff.

A nightmare. I could NEVER recommend Mr. Taff (or his office). They improperly handled CONFIDENTIAL information, by forwarding my email that was clearly marked "Confidential" and stated "PLEASE DO NOT FWD". The law offices of Taff and Davies wrote a trust that specified all instructions were to be... WRITTEN, but then took a verbal "statement of instruction" from my family member while she was sedated on Morphine. My family paid the law office Taff and Davies over $50,000 for an uncontested estate. Knowing we would NEVER use Taff and Davies office again, my mother then requested her legal file. They were unable to produce the majority of documents she had paid them to generate, so even their record keeping is unacceptable. Run as fast as you cam to another lawyer. I would use a drunken lawyer in a third world country before I would ever use Taff and Davies office. Total nightmare.
