Peter Bruce Grimm

We have used Peter for several closing down and he's always been very helpful and communicative. I don't think things would would have gone so smoothly if it weren't for him and his staff. We also had our wills done by him and what could have been a very depressing experience was made as simple ...and easy a process by Jenna and Peter.

Peter didn't fight for us on our house closing. Didn't look up the sellers information and history to see what the house was being used for. Didn't return our calls or reach out to us when new information arose. When we called him after 2 weeks of not hearing from him he yelled at us to stop botherin...g him and if we kept calling would have to charge us per the hour. This is our second house, and would NEVER use Peter again. Very hard to communicate with which was frustrating as we needed to close in a set period of time. I would never recommend him or his firm to anyone, even if I hated you. Stay away!
