OUR MISSION STATEMENT
I have lived in South Jersey my entire life and I have litigated personal injury cases for over 30 years. I have litigated everything from car accidents to plane crashes and I am all too familiar with the devastating effects of pain & suffering, lost wages, medical expenses and emotional despair that result from serious personal injuries. However over the last two decades I have watched as a new danger has emerged in our community.
I have witnessed far too many members of our families, our friends and our neighbors who have had their lives destroyed by the opioid epidemic. Greed has led hospitals, pharmacists, doctors, drug manufacturers and drug distributors to needlessly ruin the lives of countless souls. Medical professionals have abandoned standards and prescribed indiscriminately for far too long.
