Excellent
This lawyer has been used by my family for over 15 years. He did the closing for my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. He does not try to persuade you in the wrong way and is very realistic.

Terrible
This guy is just incompetent. He did not listen to what I wanted during a real estate transaction. He became confused and attempted to push off on me services (with attendant bills) which were never requested. Moreover, the guy does NOT respond to emails, does not want you to write him letters, and...
