Lauren W. Kavanagh previously practiced labor and employment law as an associate with the founding members of the firm. She previously contributed to the 2005 Supplement to CASES AND MATERIALS ON EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION (Aspen 6th ed), as well as updating WHITE ON NEW YORK CORPORATIONS vols.. 3-5 (Matthew Bender 13th and 14th eds., 2005). Ms. Kavanagh also contributed to Professor Sullivan’s chapter, The Gilmerization of Antidiscrimination Law in EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION STORIES. (Friedman, ed. 2006).
Ms. Kavanagh earned her B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University, where she majored in History. She has also served as an independent consultant on ethics and employment workplace issues. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Virginia.
