Kenyatta Keshawn Stewart

I hired this attorney for a family matter that he should have referred me to someone else for. Instead of advising me on a specialty lawyer he took the case. He was always late, he barely returned my calls, he sent other attorneys in his place. The judge was not impressed. We never came up with a gam...e plan and all the paperwork that was done, he made me do myself. I informed Mr.Stewart that the fathers family harassed me and the father that never helped with the child so I was forced to let his mom keep her while I worked second shift for 6 years because he wouldn't help with her commute for me to work days. Mr.Stewart advised me not to seem problematic, thus I seemed absent in my child's life. A child I raised with little to no paternal help. With the weak representation and lack of defense, custody was granted to an absent father. He did not even have the decency to come to the last court date and make sure the case was closed properly. I walked out of the courtroom with no child, no visitation and no attorney. The "lawyer" he sent with me to the final trial cried and said I'm sorry, I didn't know what I was doing. I have not seen my child in 6 months, and am currently going through trial again with another attorney.
