I wish I could give no stars. If you are looking to over pay, chase down, never have your phone calls returned and be charged a ridiculous amount of money for what any attorney would do for you in an hour or 2.... This is your guy! Found this guy as a last resort because my own attorney was out of th...e country and needed someone to look over a simple non compete agreement and make changes using legal terminology that would protect me should I decide to leave the company. When I addressed a few of the discrepancies in the bill (issues in how many "review/revisions" he did, also some issues with not being able to see the changes he sent me as he even acknowledged he had to get his IT to look into, in turn he charged me for sending those changes 2 separate times) he never returned my call, never returned any of my 2 emails. The last time I heard from him was one day after I sent a certified letter with my check in it for payment because I am not about to go into collections over $1800.00 which he obviously so badly needs. In that email he was about to start to explain his bill but I hit the delete button after I saw the typical attorney language start to come out in his email... The time to talk was a week after I received the bill, not 2 months later.... Very unprofessional... Genova Burns Law Firm is where this guys works so if you happen to be in there... Beware of keith krAuSS ... Very unprofessional and very disappointed with my service.
