I went through several gold digging lawyers who were only looking to rip you off without doing the work and making false promises and who did treat you like a cash cow not a actual person with feelings.not only that they were incompetent lawyers who had no clue what my case was about because they lac...ked experience. boy was i glad i found Joe he saves my life and for that alone i will be greateful to him for the rest of my life. my file was forgotten about in the uscis filling drawers , he dug it out and put it back to life not only that he won my case which wasn;t easy at all. what took me 9 years to accomplish from start to finish could'v easily been cut down in half with mr Parlapiano if not less. God bless him for what he does and he does it from his heart not for money. he is also a religious man and is involded in charity works overseas. if i could give him more than 10 i would.

Can never get in contact with him. Whenever I call i am told he is either not in the office or in a meeting and will call me back. Weeks later I still never hear from him... seems that the only way to actually see the person I paid over a thousand dollars for is to drive to his office in hopes of run...ning into him and not being dismissed. When I needed to send extra paperwork his secretary waited for 3 (!) months and did not let me know they need documents from me in order to proceed with the case, only after I called I was told nothing has been done because they do now have all the paperwork, yet they did not once bother to let me know about that. Because of their negligence I am now waiting 3 extra months (who knows how much longer if i haven't called) for my case to be resolved (I was not able to speak to Parlapiano about this as he never calls me back) EXTREMELY disappointing. Will never work with this man ever again.
