Thankful

I was very please with John Feeley in my disability case it took little time but it was worth the wait. I will used him again if I had to do it all over again and refer him to anybody that I know.

Forever Grateful

If you are a public employee (state, federal, municipal or county) and you have an issue with your employer, workers comp, pension etc. and you do not use John Feeley as your attorney you will be making the biggest mistake of your career. I was in law enforcement for 15 years, was hurt while on duty ...and my department turned their back on me. After an extensive search for an honest, ethical and competent lawyer I found John Feeley. After countless hours of John and his staff gathering all my information (medical records and court transcripts) and having to make numerous appearances in workers comp court, OAL and the pension board every case was won at every level. Johns performance in the courtroom was so vigorous that by the end of my case the other parties conceded and I was awarded everything that I was entitled to. Because of John I could focus on healing and did not have to worry about the legal issues. I will be forever grateful for what John and his team did for me and my family.

HE Should be reprimanded by Apellate Court

DO NOT FALL FOR his Deception!!! Maybe I was just an easy sickly target, but I regret not doing this sooner. And absolutely NO EXCUSE for these Unethical Business Practices when your an Attorney, You are supposed to Uphold the law, Not Break IT! Basically the person that rated Mr. Feeley poor on her...e was exactly correct in his observations of what happened to me, but in greater fraudulent detail, mine is possibly more nightmarish. This individual thinks that he is above the law after he reels you in with fancy fast talking footwork of endless repetitive questions and "Show me the Money", He'll swear that he did everything he was supposed to do, as long as he's paid in full, FIRST. Possibly without furnishing a receipt of services rendered, and even ignoring all requests for What he did, or Didn't do for the money he was paid 3 1/2 yrs prior too submitting an application all by myself. Sounds like theft and that's all I'm going to say for now. Other than, Do YOUR RESEARCH, GET RECEIPTS, NEVER TRUST LAWYER WITH YOUR CASH. PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING FOR THE CROOKS! Regret the Day I ever walked into that hell hole of an office and believed he was going to do everything he could to win my case. I basically could've did myself and had my thousands still in my pocket and my Pension Disability by now. NJ

Extremely Satisfied Client

I retained John to represent me in my disability retirement application with the State. I was going up against a body of politically appointed board members who've never walked a mile in my boots, let alone behind the wall, and wanted to ensure I had the best representation possible. Years ago, I was... told that a good lawyer knows the law but a great lawyer knows the judge. In John's case he not only knows the law and leading case precedence, but he knows the true inner workings of the State retirement system. That type of information is priceless to have on your side in a state and environment where the public servant is looked down upon and constantly viewed as the problem for all the woes of the state. Thankfully, with his knowledge and the hard work of his legal secretary, Kim, my application was approved unanimously. I'd pick John all over again to sit next to me in that board meeting knowing we did everything in our power to meet the burden of proof.
