Ms Pinnock was very forthcoming with information, great advice but after haired it was impossible to get untouched with her. Only time I was contacted by her office staff is about money. She was 2hrs late for my interview I was almost rescheduled. Very disappointed and unsatisfied client will not rec...ommend her.

Mr pinnock is very unprofessional, late for all her appointment. I sat in her Brooklyn office for six hours,she doesn't respect your time. The secretaries that works for never deliver messages, never can gives update about your case. It's been three years since I retain mrs pinnock she haven't file... any documents what's so ever. All she defend is money. I would never recommend her to anyone I'm very very disappointed in her because she is the same nationality like.

The worst immigration lawyer, I would not recommend Joan to anyone. She takes in way too much client and does not do the job she is retained to do. She only cares about getting paid. She is either late or don't show up for appointments. She also gets very fiesty when you tell her you don't appre...ciate how your file is been handle.
