Ms Pinnock was very forthcoming with information, great advice but after haired it was impossible to get untouched with her. Only time I was contacted by her office staff is about money. The worst immigration lawyer, I would not recommend Joan to anyone. She takes in way too much client and does not do the job she is retained to do. She only cares about getting paid. She is either late or don't show up for appointments. She also gets very fiesty when you tell her you don't appre...ciate how your file is been handle.
