Neglects cases, and will not return calls, emails or letters.
Janet said she would take my case, and I gave her a retainer. Thereafter, she would not return any calls or emails for months. Finally she wrote admitting that she neglected the case and offered to send the retainer back. Now several months later, she still has not done so. So, for several months...

Real Estate Transaction
Janet was responsive to all of our questions, easy to talk to and professional. She was reasonable and hard working, only comment was she was too busy during the summer season so sometimes she was slow in getting back to the other lawyers for our home purchase contract.

Unprofessional
Very unprofessional never returns phone calls. Charged $550 per month for a year and got absolutely nothing for it. So unprofessional that I lost my house because of her inability not to follow up with the bank.
