I used him for closing. He did not review the contract properly. Made shameful mistakes on the attorney review letter. He is very hard to reach and does not even have his own email account. His staff is the most unprofessional that I have experienced. They delayed things until the last moment. They c...laim to have so much experience, it does not show in how they perform business. After the closing it took them a month to submit the paperwork for registering the deed. He needs to hire new staff. Apparently, all staff member are from one family, and they all work hard to hide each other's shortcomings and laziness. Stay way from this business.
